Exploring Men’s Views of Accessing Therapy Within the North-East of England

This research aims to explore views held towards accessing therapy by men aged thirty to fifty-nine. The objective is to gain an understanding of what men believe therapy is, who it is for and whether it helps those who use these services. This understanding may help services improve in reaching men, who may be reluctant to seek help.
