111 - NHS non-emergency number

Patients can use this number when they need medical help or advice and it's not urgent enough to call 999. NHS 111 operates 24/7, 365 days per year and is free to use from a landline and a mobile.

101 - Police non-emergency number  

The number to call when you want to contact your local police in England & Wales - when its less urgent than a 999 call. 101 is available 24 hours a day,7 days a week.
